We strongly advise against buying everything in a pre-organized package - shop around like you would for everything else you buy. Best of all you will have exactly the quality and brands that you want in your home. Of course if your busy life style does not allow you to have extra time we can quote you a complete kit and/or turnkey price.

A word about Log Home Plans/Models: Our plans and models are just a sampling of the thousands of designs available over the Internet or in home plan books. DO NOT limit yourself to these models! We strongly urge you to search the Internet or books for a plan that fits your life style or better yet, draw up your own floorplan.

Our logs are delivered in 8', 10', 12', 14', and 16' lengths, with your choice of shape, thickness, double tongue and groove. Each log is finished to a clean, exact size. We offer properly kiln dried and air/surface dried logs. Kiln dried logs are dried to approximately 19% average moisture content.

We sell our logs by the linear foot. All necessary cutting to length is done on the building site. Not only does this method guarantee tight-fitting joints and precise cuts, but it also allows maximum control of log placement and appearance. In addition, the linear foot method of construction allows you to make design changes during construction, giving you far more flexibility than pre-cut packages do.
