The Weather Tight Shell Package

     Includes:


    1. Everything included in the Log Shell Package plus:

    2. Standard size windows as per plan. Custom windows will be priced according to the cost of the manufacturing. Customer must provide Totally Logs with the specifics.

    3. Standard doors: customer doors will be priced according to the cost of manufacturing. Customer must provide Totally Logs with the specifics.

    4. Rigid insulation for exposed roof system will be based on the size and type the customer wants. Standard sizes are 2x8 and 4x8' sheets.

    5. OSB or plywood roof sheeting 1/2" to lay on top of insulation.

    6. Roofing material: 20 year - 3in1 asphalt shingles 30# felt paper if required.

    7. Spacer for air ventilation (optional).

    8. Buck material for windows and doors.

    9. Fascia to go around roof.

    10. Timber for exposed roof system - trusses should be provided by customer.
