Totally Logs bridges the gap between the expensive turnkey log home package and the "just logs" package.

    All packages are not equal, as we are sure you have found out during your search for your dream home. If you are trying to compare prices you need to know what is in the given package and what the option will cost. You can not compare one log home package to another unless you know about all these details. At Totally Logs we give you the details. We provide you with a basic log home package as well as offer additional options.

    The following table details our basic package and the optional items that are available. We do not dictate your home design or the products within your home. We take your dream and make it your reality at a price that frees up your budget so you can add the extras you thought you could not afford.


Logs Only Package
includes...


  1. Logs to build the exterior walls of your house. This includes the first floor only. Logs for 2nd floor, gables and dormers are usually extra unless specified in the plan as solid log gables and dormers.

  2. Log siding, to match your logs, for the skirting around your house, gables, and dormers. Garages may also have siding. False corners for the skirting is provided at no extra costs: however, there may be an extra charge for dormers and garages.

  3. OlyLog brand log screws. Enough to put 1 screw every 2 feet.

  4. Log Foam Tape: Enough to cover both tongues of the logs, between all rows.

  5. Log Caulking: Special caulking designed for log home construction. We provide you enough to put a 3/8" bead between all log course.

  6. Joint Pegs: Hardwood joint pegs for use in corners and where log ends butt up against each other
Optional Items Available

  • Exterior and Interior Stain/Preservative.

  • Chinking, if required

  • Pre-cut Corners: we can pre-cut your corners for Mortise & Tennon, Butt & Pass or Dovetails.

  • Pre-cut house: we can pre-cut your house per the plan you choose, saving you time and money.
